It covers this website only. It does not cover hiring paperwork, training enrollment records, or client contracts handled offline, which are governed by the agreements and forms you sign directly with us.

Our contact page includes a form. When you submit it, we receive your full name, email address, and phone number, the reason you are reaching out (employer seeking workers, job seeker, training candidate, or another inquiry), and whatever you write in the message field.
If you call us or email us using the details on this site, we receive whatever you choose to share in that call or message.
You decide what to send. Please do not submit sensitive information such as a Social Security number, a driver's license number, or bank details through the website form. If we need any of that for employment or training, we will collect it through the proper paperwork.

- Legal requirements. If the law, a court order, or a government agency requires disclosure, or if we need to protect our rights, our property, or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
